A pulse width modulated DC to DC converter that provides regulated
output power. These converters will transform an unregulated 28 VDC
to a regulated & adjustable DC output. The BC Series is primarily
designed to charge or trickle charge Ni-Cad, lead acid & jell cell
batteries. The charging voltage & current limiting point is adjustable.
