The TMS-150 from Technisonic compliments the TMS-100 by virtue of the fact that the TMS-150 is frequency agile, and able to operate on any frequency within the VHF/AM aeronautical band.

This unique VHF/AM transceiver is able to operate in simplex mode on any 25 KHz channel within the VHF/AM aeronautical band, from 117.975 MHz to 138 MHz. Quick keypad entry, LCD display and ten-channel preset memory make frequency control simple to manage.

Microprocessor based control circuitry allows the user to store up to ten frequencies in non volatile memory and then recall, seek or scan any or all memory positions. Any channel can be programmed to operate in a "receive only" mode, a function that can prevent unauthorized transmissions.

The TMS-150 was designed to operate on a 12 volt power source with an RF output of 7 Watts (nominal). An optional DC to DC converter allows the TMS-100 to operate on any DC power source from 10.8 to 33.0V.
